You can use the ShowPlayers rcon command to get player count / info. You can run the command ingame or use an external rcon tool.

(in my case using Node.js), you'll need to utilize an RCON tool to retrieve data, including names, player UIDs, and Steam IDs. This tool must be executed repeatedly to ensure the list remains up-to-date.
