transferring data to a dedicated server

Hello. My friends and I started playing this game on Steam. (creating a game and joining by invitation). But it turned out to be inconvenient. We decided to make our own dedicated server. Question: can we transfer progress from the created game to a new dedicated server? if yes, how to do it? (where are the save files? what needs to be transferred and where?)
