Palworld freezes on completly new PC

Hi!
I just got a new PC two days ago. bought it on a serious website which builds the PCs for you. The PC has all the needed requirements to run the game with no problems. Even though the game crashed after one hour. PC wasnt hot or anything. Any ideas what could be the problem?

How much RAM do you have?
Do you play singleplayer or multiplayer?

Have you tried already any test like for example:
- memtest86 for RAM
- Prime95 for CPU
- FurMark for GPU

Does it happen on any other game?
You can also track your stats with HWiNFO64.
