Hello!

Could you try the steps I will give you?

1.When you boot the game, u get the “Failed to login EOS” error.

1. Click OK to the next screen, where it says multiplayer unavailable.
2. wait on this screen until you get another EOS TimeOut error!
3. Click OK and proceed to the main menu.

They stated that although there is no clear solution yet for users experiencing this problem, they can log in this way.
